Since the Undergraduate Pathology Alliance at Western (UPAW) was launched in 2021, it has made a significant impact on students within and interested in pathology and pathology-related programs (pathology, one health, pathology & biochemistry, immunology, etc). 

UPAW fosters a community of enthusiastic and supportive students. Through initiatives such as the Pathology Mentorship Program (PMP), pathology dropbox, and the pathology podcast series (UPAWdcasts), UPAW offers resources and guidance to current and prospective Pathology students. UPAW is open to students from all science backgrounds and connects you with a community of peers interested in exploring diseases and medicine.
